Seattle Japanese Cuisine Toyoda Sushi
Open only four days a week, for just two hours each day. I recommend two people sit at the bar—they always give out lots of complimentary food, but as they say, "the wool comes from the sheep's back" 😝 ❤️🔥❤️🔥 Toro Sashimi - Over $30 for 4-6 slices Excellent quality, a must-order. Each slice is as large and thick as two slices elsewhere. ❤️🔥 Uni Sushi You can ask the chef about the quality of the day—it’s usually freshest on Fridays. ❤️🔥❤️🔥 Amaebi (Sweet Shrimp) A must-order. Make sure not to accidentally order the cooked version. The raw sweet shrimp is fresh, sweet, and has a delicate texture. ❤️🔥 Black Cod Crispy on the outside, tender on the inside. The wine paste pairs perfectly with the cod. Most of the customers here are regulars, and everyone chats like old friends. Some even order the same three dishes every time they sit down. The old grandpa who runs the place is still in good health and always cheerful, but who knows how long he’ll keep doing this? Enjoy it while you can! 🤤 #Seattle #SeattleLife #SeattleFood #JapaneseCuisine #Sushi #SeattleTravel #SeattleSurroundings
