🥘 Seattle Korean Food | Daeho Bellevue
Steaming Snow Beef Soup Warms the Soul! Visited the new Korean hotspot — Daeho Bellevue — on Veterans Day noon with friends! 👵👨👩👧👦 Not too crowded, mostly Korean grandmothers and families dining… and you know what that means — it’s legit! 😄 Our server was super nice, too. ✨ Overall, this might be my favorite Korean spot so far in Seattle! The giant pot of Snow Beef Soup (Suyuk) was incredibly satisfying — we even packed leftovers and enjoyed it again at home! 🍲💖 The Cheese Beef Tteokbokki isn’t the most budget-friendly, but oh my — it’s irresistibly delicious 🤤… that rich, sweet meat sauce over rice? Divine! (Trying not to think about the calories…) The Cheese Corn Steamed Egg, Stir-fried Glass Noodles, and Galbi were all solid — tasty as expected! 📋 Must-Order Dishes: Snow Beef Soup (Suyuk) – A fixed portion for 2-3 people. We went with Combo C3: 1/4 oxtail, 1/4 tendon, 1/4 short rib, 1/4 brisket. Huge portion — too much for 3 people if you order other dishes! 💵 $79.95 Cheese Corn Steamed Egg – Can’t go wrong with this combo! 💛 $13.95 Cheese Beef Tteokbokki – Sweet meat sauce + chewy rice cakes = pure joy! Not the most meat for the price, but so flavorful. 💵 $12.95 💰 A bit on the pricey side — our meal totaled around $160 for 3 people (but we definitely over-ordered!). Took plenty home — none of us were hungry until the next morning! 🍱🌙 🧊 A perfect meal for chilly days — warm, hearty, and deeply satisfying! #Seattle #KoreanFood #DaehoBellevue #SeattleEats #BellevueEats #ComfortFood #SeattleLife #FoodieDiaries #SeattleFoodScene
