Seattle Korean Food | Tofu House in Lynnwood ๐ฐ๐ท๐๐ฅฉ
A solid, noโsurprises Korean spot โ but the space is clean and spacious, decorated in warm Korean style. The servers are friendly, and the whole vibe feels simple and cozy โ just pleasant for a meal. ๐ Seoul Tofu House 31406 Pacific Hwy S, Federal Way, WA 98003 ๐ฒ What we ordered (5 dishes): Beef Short Rib Bone Soup Kimchi Fried Rice Spicy Chicken and Cheese Seafood Pancake Shin Ramyun ๐๐บ We decided on Korean food after running errands in Lynnwood. Four dishes were good โ except the Spicy Chicken and Cheese, which felt a bit too sweet/saucy for my taste. But the banchan (side dishes) deserve a shoutโout โ kimchi, sweet roasted potatoes, bean sprouts, pickled cucumbers, and more. The veggies tasted fresh, and I refilled the kimchi and bean sprouts twice โ they were perfect mixed into the fried rice! On a cold day, a steamy bowl of ramyun, kimchi fried rice, hot short rib soup, and all those little sides really hit the spot โ pure winter comfort โ๏ธ๐ฏ๐ฒ Will be back next time Iโm around Lynnwood โ though thereโs no shortage of Korean spots to try here! #SeattleEats #KoreanFood #SeoulTofuHouse #Lynnwood #ComfortFood #WinterMeals #BanchanLove #SeattleFoodScene
