The servers are friendly, and the whole vibe feels simple and cozy — just pleasant for a meal. 📍 Seoul Tofu House 31406 Pacific Hwy S, Federal Way, WA 98003 🍲 What we ordered (5 dishes): Beef Short Rib Bone Soup Kimchi Fried Rice Spicy Chicken and Cheese Seafood Pancake Shin Ramyun 🍗🍺 We decided on Korean food after running errands in Lynnwood. Four dishes were good — except the Spicy Chicken and Cheese, which felt a bit too sweet/saucy for my taste. But the banchan (side dishes) deserve a shout‑out — kimchi, sweet roasted potatoes, bean sprouts, pickled cucumbers, and more. The veggies tasted fresh, and I refilled the kimchi and bean sprouts twice — they were perfect mixed into the fried rice!
