Seattle Korean Fusion | Chan Seattle
This restaurant, located in the heart of Seattle, has a great environment and ambiance. The food and drinks we ordered were pretty good, with no major disappointments. ๐ฝ๏ธโจ Steak Tartare: The seasoning was delicious, the raw beef wasnโt at all gamey, just a bit salty. ๐ฅฉ๐ Beef sliders: Tasty little beef burgers, the flavor of the beef was somewhat like bulgogi. At $14 for two, itโs a pretty good deal. ๐๐ธ Roasted Bone Marrow: The roasted bone marrow was justโฆaverage, not as good as Asaderoโs version. ๐ฆด๐ Spicy rice cake: Regular Korean-style spicy rice cakes, with added fish cakes. The rice cakes were chewy, but they werenโt too different from the frozen ones at hmart. ๐ข๐คทโโ๏ธ Short ribs: Oh, this was so good! It seems to be a new dish for the season. The short rib was tender, paired with mashed potatoes and cheese. A win for potato and cheese lovers! ๐๐ง๐ Smoked duck sot bap: This mixed rice was my favorite dish. It was delicious eaten as is or wrapped in the provided seaweed. ๐๐ Matcha Tart: A bit sweet, the taste was just okay. It reminded me of homemade matcha tiramisu. ๐ฎ๐ค Wine: We had the 25th season, The Evo, and another one whose name I forgot ๐ . Personally, I liked the 25th season the most. It came with a lotus root chip as a garnish, but the lotus root was raw, which was a bit of a letdown. ๐ท๐ #Seattle #SeattleWeekend #SeattleRestaurants #SeattleKoreanFood
