Seattle Omakase | Taneda's November Menu 🍣✨

Ready to splurge again? 💸 Just caught the first wave of their winter menu — and wow, every piece of sushi was a delight! Even the notorious kohada (gizzard shad) was fantastic — this was my first time trying it without any fishy taste! 😮 Another first for me: shirako (fish milt) — creamy, delicate, and surprisingly delicious! 😋 But let’s be real — my heart still belongs to ankimo (monkfish liver) ❤️. Though ever since having that life-changing ankimo at Hashimoto, nothing else quite compares… 🥹 Here’s the lineup of fish we enjoyed: ⭐️ Aji (Horse Mackerel) ⭐️ Kohada (Gizzard Shad) ⭐️ Akami (Lean Tuna) ⭐️ Chutoro (Medium-Fat Tuna) ⭐️ Otoro (Fatty Tuna) ⭐️ Ika (Squid) ⭐️ Kanpachi (Amberjack?) ⭐️ Anago (Sea Eel) ⭐️ Saba (Mackerel) And for dessert?
