Seattle Outdoor Adventure with Kids - Wallace Falls Hike
Recommendation: ๐๐๐๐ Length: 5 miles. We took the Woody Trail, which passes by four waterfalls in total. The Middle Fall (pictured in the first photo) is the longest and most impressive. Difficulty: Moderate. The trail gets steeper and narrower as you go up, especially the path to the Upper Fall, which can be a bit more strenuous. Completion Time: We made it to the Upper Fall, completing the entire route, including snack and rest breaks, in about 5 hours. The advantage of this trail is that there are several waterfalls along the way. Before reaching the waterfalls, there are multiple access points to the river where you can choose your own goal based on your fitness level. You can sit by the river, play in the water, and relax. Most of the trail is shaded, so itโs not too sunny. This was our first hike of the summer in 2024, and we successfully completed it โ #SeattleWithKids #FamilyActivities #DailyKidventures #OutdoorHiking #HikingTrailRecommendations #MyHikingDiary
