Seattle Palouse Wheat Fields
📍No matter how long the road, it’s never longer than my footsteps 📍“Nothing can stop me from yearning for freedom.” Shooting with a 150-600mm telephoto lens for the first time felt like opening the door to a new world for a photographer used to shooting with a 50mm lens. 📍Setting up a tripod with a camera is like pulling out a magical telescope from Doraemon’s pocket, with each turn of the lens revealing the wonders of a world that only exists in Lonely Planet. 📍The color of the wheat fields at the end of May is breathtakingly beautiful, and it’s even better when enjoyed with a sunset (the sunset clouds on the way back make one feel that life is worth living). 📍 Steptoe Butte State Park Friendly reminder: When driving in eastern Washington, be careful not to speed 🙃↔️ You can drive all the way to the top, cross the railing, and walk down a bit which is perfect for portrait photography. #SeattleSurroundings #PalouseWheatFields #FujifilmCamera
