Seattle Restaurant Exploration | Forest-Themed Ritual❤️

I’ve visited recently. The forest theme makes you feel like you’re in a magical green wonderland. Let me share a real-life experience with you. 🌲💕 The restaurant is located in an old-style building with a very French vibe. It looks quite ordinary from the outside and is easy to miss. The hostess sets up a wine bar at the entrance, where you can enjoy a glass of Washington Wine to warm up while waiting. The cuisine is an American-Japanese fusion, mainly seafood (I’m a seafood enthusiast 🥰). They offer a 12-course set menu, and the whole restaurant operates on a synchronized dining schedule with all tables. Each table is thoughtfully decorated with many little surprises in store. For the first time dining, I received a small bouquet from the restaurant. In the end, not only did they add a dessert, waive the charge for the drinks, but they also gave a small gift bag with a thank you card, the menu, and some snacks. So, to sum up, this restaurant is absolutely the most ritualistic fine dining experience I’ve ever had. It’s perfect for a special occasion date or celebration. 🥰 Overall, the flavors here tend to be on the bold side. All the seafood dishes are incredibly delicious, especially the ones in photo one and five. The non-seafood dishes tend to get saltier as you eat 😅. However, creative cuisine often challenges the taste buds, and reviews might be polarizing. I would still recommend it to my fellow Seattleites.
