Seattle Restaurant Exploration - Pink Salt
📍 A Peruvian cuisine restaurant in Seattle, I ordered the three most recommended dishes online, and I felt like none of them were disappointing 👍🏻 Pulpo a la Parilla 🐙 The octopus is carefully grilled, with a crispy and tender exterior while maintaining a bouncy texture inside. Paired with lime juice for seasoning 🍋🟩, it’s full of flavor and perfect as a starter to whet your appetite 🌟 Pescado Ahumado 🐟 Personally, my favorite 🤩. The black cod is tender and juicy, with a unique smoky aroma. The highlight is the mushroom risotto below 🍄🟫. The umami of the mushrooms complements the creamy texture of the rice, creating a perfect balance between the rich risotto and the light cod. Highly recommended 💫 Pesto Risotto with Tenderloin 🐂 The tenderloin is cooked to perfection, juicy and tender, served with a garlic pesto risotto that’s rich in flavor with a subtle tanginess. Like the cod, one order is definitely filling 🙌🏻 The restaurant is beautifully decorated, spacious, and comfortable. I’ll definitely come back. However, I can’t vouch for its authenticity since I’ve never been to Peru 🤣– #SeattleFood #SeattleEats #WhatToEatInSeattle #SeattleLife #Seattle
