Seattle Restaurant Exploration 🍣
Review of Chan Seattle - Korean Fusion Cuisine I finally had the chance to visit Chan, a restaurant that had been on my wishlist for a long time, last weekend. I was full of expectations before going, but after eating, I felt it was nothing special. Let me share the dishes we ordered. There’s a paid parking lot next to the restaurant. 🅿️ Dishes 🍽️: ⭐️ Appetizer Chicken Wings: We ordered a small portion, Korean-style fried chicken, the sauce was a bit salty. ⭐️ Appetizer Roasted Wagyu Bone Marrow: Roasted bone marrow with garlic bread. It’s best eaten hot, as it becomes very greasy when cold. ⭐️ Main Course Grilled Black Angus Hanger Steak: Black Angus steak with bibimbap, similar to traditional stone pot rice, but made with butter. Topped with seaweed and Korean hot sauce. The overall taste was good, but the steak itself was not enjoyable. ⭐️ Main Course Alaskan Black Cod: This was the highlight of the meal. A beloved stewed fish with a very Asian flavor, the sauce was perfect for mixing with rice. I recommend everyone to give it a try. ⭐️ For drinks, we had a Kiwi-flavored mocktail, which was decent. The price is around $40-$50 per person. #Seattle #SeattleLife #SeattleFood #SeattleWeekend #SeattleEats #SeattleKoreanCuisine
