Seattle Restaurant Recommendations

🍽️il nido – Located in West Seattle. Thanks to the new Amex Resy benefits, I discovered this gem. We ordered the burrata, focaccia bread, salami, and handkerchief pasta – all highly recommended. The pasta truly elevated the entire dining experience. For dessert, the tiramisu was topped with smoked coffee bean crumbs – make sure to mix them in before eating, otherwise you’ll get a mouthful of coffee beans. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 🍽️Hushy’s Sandwiches – Delicious, simply delicious. Their house-made focaccia bread is outstanding. We tried the pork chop kimchi sandwich and the roast beef sandwich – both were amazing, and the sandwiches are huge. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 🍽️Frelard Tamales – I’d call this the best tamales in Seattle. They have a takeout window where you can grab food to go, which is super convenient. You can also dine in – the same space is also a brewing company, so beer is available. The menu is limited; they also serve tacos, but those seem to be available only during the day. ⭐⭐⭐⭐ #Seattle#Seattleguide#Seattlefood#restaurantrecommendation#fooddiary#travelguide
