Seattle Restaurant Week | Amaro Bistro 🍝
Discovered this spot from another blogger — and even on a weekday, it was surprisingly busy! We tried their Restaurant Week menu: 3 courses for ~$50/person + 20% tip. 🧀 Burrata e Caponata Crispy toasted bread topped with caponata, honey, and creamy burrata — a mix of sweet, tangy, and savory with fruity notes. Rich and layered, though it gets heavy after a few bites. 🌟🌟🌟🌟 🍖 Maiale Brasato Braised pork shank with a subtle sweet-caramelized flavor — slightly dry but still enjoyable. The gnocchi had a unique chewy texture and a salty-sweet balance. 🌟🌟🌟🌟 🍅 Cioppino A hearty tomato-based seafood stew — briny and lightly spicy. The tomato flavor was strong, a bit thick and salty. The grilled bread was slightly over-toasted. 🌟🌟🌟🌟 🍰 Tiramisu A moist, soft version — smooth but with mild coffee and liquor notes. Lacked some depth in layers. 🌟🌟🌟✨ 🥛 Panna Cotta ❌ Not recommended — had a weird rubbery aftertaste 😣 Amaro Bistro doesn’t focus on innovation but offers solid Italian classics with subtle twists — a cozy and reliable spot for casual meals or small gatherings! 📍 Amaro Bistro 18333 Bothell Way NE, Unit 105, Bothell, WA 98011 #SeattleRestaurantWeek #SeattleEats #AmaroBistro #ItalianFood #SeattleWeekend #FoodReview #SRW #BothellEats
