Seattle Restaurant Week – Tamari Bar 🍱✨
It's that time of the year — Seattle Restaurant Week is back! 🎉 We tried the $35 Bento Box Dinner at Tamari Bar — here’s the honest review: 🍣 Top Tier: A fresh and generous sashimi selection — including chutoro (medium-fatty tuna), which was a pleasant surprise! Also featured: salmon, yellowtail, and scallop. All clean-tasting and delicate. 🐟🌊 🍖 Middle Tier: Beef short ribs: Well-marinated and flavorful, though a bit on the chewy side 🥩 Negitoro rice bowl: Minuted tuna and green onion over rice — simple but tasty! 🍚 Mushroom salad with potato chips: A fun, crunchy twist! 🥗🍟 🦀 Bottom Tier: Soft-shell crab & fried shrimp: Crispy outside, tender inside — perfectly executed! 🦐✨ Chicken with cucumber: Tasty but felt a bit out of place with the rest 😅 🍹 Must-Try Drink: Yuzu Cream Soda ($6) 🍊 A yuzu ice pop topped with creamy foam — tangy, sweet, and super refreshing with a smooth finish! 💬 Final Thoughts: A flavorful and thoughtfully prepared bento — great value for $35, though larger appetites might need a little extra. Still, totally worth trying during SRW! 👌🥢 #SeattleRestaurantWeek #TamariBar #BentoBox #SeattleEats #SRW #JapaneseFood #FoodieReview #SeattleFoodScene
