🥩 Seattle Restaurant Week Review | ITADAKI Japanese BBQ

We specifically chose the dinner set menu for Restaurant Week because the staff grills all the meat for you at the table – total luxury treatment! 🔥👨🍳 🥗 Duck Cabbage Salad 🌟🌟🌟🌟 A refreshing start with sweet and tangy notes – a light opener before the feast! 🍢 King Crab Chawanmushi (Savory Egg Custard) 🌟🌟🌟 The miso flavor was a bit too strong for me, but the texture was silky as expected. 🍣 Japanese A5 Wagyu, Scallop & Ikura Sushi 🌟🌟🌟🌟✨ The server lightly seared the A5 Wagyu slice and draped it over sushi with shiso leaf underneath. A mix of warm and cool textures – a little unexpected, but delicious! 🥩 Grilled Meats (Note: All meats are pre-marinated; the server said we couldn’t adjust seasoning, so we skipped the barbecue-style options.) Wagyu Short Rib 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Melt-in-your-mouth tender. Absolutely divine. Kurobuta Collar (Pork Neck) 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Juicy and full of flavor. Wagyu Coulotte Steak 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Served with a unique green sauce – a tasty surprise! 🍚 Wagyu Tallow Kamameshi (Rice Cooked with Beef Tallow) 🌟🌟🌟🌟 Topped with black truffle – incredibly fragrant. Only downside: It came out after we’d already finished the meat, so eating just rice felt a bit plain at that point. 🍰 Osmanthus Lemon Mousse Cake 🌟🌟🌟🌟✨ Cool, lightly sweet, with a subtle citrus tang – a delicate and refreshing finish. 👩💻 Final Thoughts: A solid Japanese BBQ experience with attentive service. Great for a special night out, though timing on the rice course could be improved. 📍 Location: Bellevue 📸 Perfect for: Date night, meat lovers, special occasions #SeattleRestaurantWeek #EastsideEats #FoodReview #SeattleFoodie #BellevueDining #JapaneseBBQ #WagyuLover #ItadakiBBQ
