🩵Soy Cured King Salmon Smoked salmon served with a cream sauce. The salmon is quite salty on its own and might be better with some bread to balance the flavors. 🩵Steak Tartare This tartare has a distinct difference from many others, lacking the traditional olive oil flavor. It has a noticeable Korean influence. The overall taste is sweet, marinated with Korean barbecue sauce, but it's also quite salty. 🩵 Roasted Wagyu Bone Marrow The roasted bone marrow has a good flavor, with a fragrant seasoning on top. However, the seasoning is only on the surface. The marrow itself is flavorless and very oily, to the point of ordering a Coke to cut the richness. This dish would likely be improved with some pickled vegetables on the side. 🩵 American Wagyu Coulotte SSAM The steak quality is not high, with a lot of tendons and a bit tough. But for an average price of $50 per person, it's acceptable. Served with kimchi, lettuce leaves, and Korean dipping sauces. The overall experience is reminiscent of eating Korean barbecue. 🩵Smoked Duck Sot Bap The dish tastes like a stone pot mixed rice dish, with the duck and accompanying ingredients and sauces being very similar to bibimbap. The rice is on the wetter side, and there's a faint hint of truffle. The smoked flavor of the duck is not very pronounced. For those who like smoked duck, it's recommended to buy it from the H mart in Woodinville and pan-fry it at home for a delicious meal. 💰50per person 📍Chan Seattle 724 Pine St, Seattle, WA 98101 #Seattle#Chan Seattle#food diary
