Thanks to an Amex Resy $100 credit, we enjoyed a $140-per-person Omakase for just $40 – now that’s what I call a foodie steal! 🎌💳 🍽️ Meal Highlights: Fresh Sashimi & a delicate Starter Crispy Tempura & earthy Matsutake Soup A progression of 15 nigiri pieces, mostly featuring white fish Started with cooked and marinated pieces, moved into richer, fattier cuts Finished with a gorgeous portion of uni (sea urchin) – the perfect grand finale! 🌊 🤔 A Few Personal Takeaways: Almost every piece was lightly torched – not sure if it’s for flavor or to mask quality? 🔥 Missing my beloved shellfish – a little heartbroken 😢 One piece was salmon – a bit unexpected for an upscale Omakase 🍶 Verdict: A great deal for the price we paid, especially if you love white fish.
