Seattle Staycation | Brunch in Cancun for $30

🌟Spent the weekend at the newly opened Mexican restaurant in Capitol Hill. From the atmosphere to the food, it made me feel like I was in Mexico 🇲🇽 🌟The decor and the staff’s outfits are all island-style. The sunlight streaming through the skylight makes it feel like a real island vacation. The quality of the tableware is also top-notch, and it’s clear that the island theme was thoughtfully designed. 🌟The Carnitas Benedict is a must-try! Having tried the most popular brunch places in Seattle, this one is the best I’ve had! The stewed pork is tender and flavorful, topped with a soft, runny egg and a thin taco base. The fish in the Fish Tacos is also soft and aromatic, and the onions and tomatoes in the sauce are pickled, giving it a very balanced taste! Melts in the mouth and doesn’t have a strong raw onion taste, perfect for Asian palates. Both main courses were super satisfying. Can’t wait to try other main dishes. 🌟The only downside was that the desserts and drinks were just okay. We ordered the coconut flan 🍮 for dessert, but it wasn’t the expected creamy texture; it was more like a solid sweet egg soup. The hot chocolate and the chocolate tequila’s cinnamon flavor mostly overshadowed the chocolate. You might want to scoop off the cinnamon on top first, or cinnamon lovers can go for it without hesitation. 🌟The restaurant is called Koko’s Restaurant and Tequila Bar, located in Capitol Hill. Parking wasn’t difficult; we found street parking right in front when we arrived. #brunch #Seattle
