Seattle Steak 🍷🥩 - Please, you have to try this place!
📍The Butcher‘s Table Highly recommend this steakhouse; it’s one of the best steaks I’ve ever had in Seattle, including various Fine dining and steakhouses. It’s not cheap, but it’s truly delicious! However, it’s only the steak that’s exceptional; the other dishes are just average. 👨🏻🍳 Ambiance and Service: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Located in SLU, you can choose between Upstairs and Downstairs when making a reservation. Strongly recommend Downstairs! Upstairs is street-level with a bar, which can be noisy. Downstairs is below, very quiet with a fine dining atmosphere, excellent service, and private rooms, perfect for dates and business dinners. 💰 Price: 💲💲💲💲. For two of us, including tip, we spent almost $1000. The 16oz Ultra Flight was$187, the 4oz A5 was $116, and we splurged on a$370 Opus One for a special occasion. With sides, raw bar, and dessert, it was over $800 before tip. But if you just order two regular glasses of wine, you can have a nice meal for around$500. 🥩 Dishes: We ordered: 16oz of Ultra Tasting Flight, four types of American Wagyu Steak (Ribeye, Filet, Zabuton, New York), each 4oz, all cooked Medium Rare, and each one was incredibly delicious and left us wanting more! 4oz Miyazaki A5 New York, the meat was good quality, but the A5 has a very high fat content, which made it too greasy and not to my liking, despite melting in the mouth. For sides, we had smoked bone marrow and chili green beans. The bone marrow was also quite oily and a bit rich, while the green beans were a normal, refreshing side. From the Raw Bar, we tried the oysters, which were a bit fishy and just okay. For dessert, we had ice cream, which was standard. 🍷 Wine: They have a variety of cocktails and wines to choose from. We opted for a 16-year-old 375ml Opus One, which bumped up the price, but they also have many options around $20 for a cocktail or wine. 🌟 Recommendation: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. The steak gets five stars and is definitely worth a try! #Steak #RestaurantRecommendation #AmbientRestaurant #TreasureRestaurantShare #Seattle #SeattleFood #SeattleExploration #SeattleSteak
