Seattle Style Hong Kong Iron Plate Noodles ~ Imperial Kitchen

📍 Imperial Kitchen and Bar 2400 1st Ave, Seattle, WA 98121, United States The interior is filled with strong Hong Kong nostalgic vibes—walls covered in retro posters and neon signs, feeling like stepping into a Hong Kong café from the ’80s or ’90s. 🌿We ordered the black pepper iron plate pork chop and steak, and upgraded to iced lemon tea. The pork chop was cooked just right—not tough or dry, juicy and flavorful. The steak, however, was a bit dry and chewy, which was slightly disappointing. The iron plate noodles were delightfully springy, coated in a rich black pepper sauce, and served sizzling on the hot plate—so aromatic! Next time, I’d like to try the chicken chop, which I’ve heard is also a popular choice. ✨ Visit Notes: ✔️Friendly service, dishes come out fairly quickly ✔️Generous portions, good for a full meal or sharing with friends ✔️Besides iron plate dishes, they also offer clay pot rice and Hong Kong-style stir-fries A cozy spot full of wok heat and nostalgic charm—perfect for curing cravings for Hong Kong flavors 🍝🔥 #Seattle#Seattlelife#Seattleweekend#Seattlefood#Seattlediary#fooddiary
