๐ฒ Seattle-Tacoma Food Review | Seoul Tofu House โ A Must-Try! ๐ฅข
We recently visited Seoul Tofu House, a Korean restaurant right across the street from Hmart in Tacoma. The decor is simple and traditional, and the fact that most customers are Korean really says something about its authenticity! ๐ฐ๐ทโจ ๐ถ๏ธ Soondubu & BBQ Galbi Combo โ $32.99 The highlight of our meal! The seafood soft tofu stew was perfectly savory and spicy. The LA galbi was tender, flavorful, and fall-off-the-bone good ๐๐. The stone-pot steamed rice was another star โ each grain was soft yet firm, making every bite so satisfying. The fried fish was decent, though not as memorable next to the other dishes. ๐ฆ Seafood Pancake โ $19.99 Crispy on the outside and loaded with fresh seafood inside. It might feel a bit heavy after a few pieces, but that first bite is absolutely worth it ๐ฅ๐! ๐ Original Fried Chicken โ $29.99 Super crispy outside, juicy and well-seasoned inside. The Korean auntie suggested pairing it with the pickled radish from the banchan โ and it was a game-changer! Though it looks a bit oily, itโs surprisingly not greasy and totally hits the spot. A bit pricey, but delicious. The banchan (side dishes) were diverse and thoughtfully prepared โ truly homestyle Korean flavors ๐ฅฌโค๏ธ. The Korean staff were all warm and attentive, making the whole dining experience even more welcoming ๐ต๐. Yes, itโs a bit on the pricier side, but in the crowded scene of Korean restaurants in North America, Seoul Tofu House stands out as a genuine and delicious choice. Highly recommended for all Korean food lovers! ๐ Seoul Tofu House (You may want to add the address here!) #KoreanFood #HiddenGem #FoodieGuide #TacomaEats #SeattleFood #RestaurantReview
