Seattle Tendon Kohaku Japanese Restaurant

They open at 5 PM, but when I arrived at 4:47, there was already a line forming outside. The steamed egg appetizer was absolutely delicious! As a steamed egg enthusiast, I’ll definitely be back. So tasty! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Uni Toro Caviar - $36.95 Even though I usually don’t enjoy raw food, I loved this! Incredibly tender and melt-in-your-mouth, with a hint of citrus that enhanced the freshness and eliminated any fishy taste. That said, I found it a bit salty toward the end. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Beef Steak Aimori Tendon Set - $26.95 I opted for the spicy sauce and requested the steak well-done since I prefer cooked food. The side dish included sweet citrus, which I really enjoyed. The tempura was a delightful surprise—perfectly fried without being greasy! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Kohaku Dashi Stock Udon - $19.95 The broth had a subtle sweetness and wasn’t oily. The noodles were pleasantly chewy, and the accompanying ingredients were tender and fresh. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Endive Salmon Carpaccio - $12.95 Slightly salty at first bite, but the sweetness of the citrus balanced it beautifully. A truly delicious combination! #JapaneseCuisine #JapaneseFood #RestaurantShare #JapaneseDishes #SeattleFood #Seattle#TendonKohaku#foodguide
