Seattle U-Village Creative Sushi Restaurant 🍣

🍣: Bamboo Sushi 💰: $30-50 per person Seattle’s U-Village has seen a flurry of new store openings recently. I explored a new creative Japanese restaurant, Bamboo Sushi, on the weekend. The ambiance is quite nice, with a bit of a courtyard design, making it perfect for date nights and chats. The prices are pretty reasonable for Seattle; two people can have a full meal for about $30 each 😄 🍣The Unicorn: This is a must-try and their signature roll. Topped with chili oil, it’s spicy but not overwhelming (I’m not good with spicy). The green sauce is a mystery, but it’s delicious! 🍣: Spicy Salmon Crispy Rice I found this one pretty tasty too! It seems to be one of their creative dishes, with a crispy rice cake texture replacing the traditional soft rice. The last one was pretty ordinary and not recommended. However, overall, it’s suitable for those who can’t eat raw food, like kids or elders, since there are many cooked Japanese options. The menu is attached to the second-to-last page, and it seems they have a special menu every month. Anyway, it’s great to see another dining option added to U-Village 🍴 #JapaneseCuisine #JapaneseFood #Sushi #RestaurantRecommendations #AmbientRestaurant #Cuisine #Delicious #GlobalFoodSquad #Seattle #SeattleLife #SeattleExploration #Exploring #JapaneseFoodExploration #Design
