Here, you can order any meat blindfolded—it truly blew me away 😭 🐮 Beef Tongue – Order without hesitation! Super crispy. I prefer the salt and scallion-ginger versions—the miso one is a bit too heavy. When the meat is this good, less seasoning is more. 🥩 Beef Skirt – Get at least two orders!
