Seiryu-en Garden
Some of the stones and trees in the garden were generously obtained from the former residence of Mr. ๐ธ๐บ๐ฟ๐ ๐ณ Kaku Kurata located at Kawaramachi and Nijo, while others were collected from across the country or donated by kind-hearted individuals. The then-mayor, Mr. Yoshizumi Takayama, named this garden "Seiryu-en." ๐ฟ๐๏ธ ๐ธ๐บ๐ฟ๐ ๐ณ In terms of overall layout, this garden can be classified as a "fusion of Japanese and Western styles." The eastern half features a Western-style garden covered in lawn, ๐ธ๐บ๐ฟ๐ ๐ณ while the western half includes two houses and is designed as a "pond-and-walk garden" in the Japanese style. Not only is it visually stunning, but it also serves practical functions. ๐ผ๐บ ๐ธ๐บ๐ฟ๐ ๐ณ Kลun-tei, like Waraku-an, was relocated from the residence of Mr. Kaku Kurata. ๐ก Typically, the interior is not open to the public, and you can only admire its exterior from the south side. ๐ธ๐บ๐ฟ๐ ๐ณ During summer and winter, limited dining services are offered. Additionally, they have launched a "Nijo Castle Wedding" plan, providing wedding venue services for guests. ๐๐ ๐ธ๐บ๐ฟ๐ ๐ณ #Kyoto ๐ฏ #NijoCastle ๐ธ #Leica ๐ท #Kลun-tei ๐ฟ #Seiryu-en ๐
