Celebrated my Korean colleague's birthday at Seoul Soulongtang! ππ Having tried their braised pork knuckle on my last visit, this time we explored more specialties - each one truly impressive! π Pork Knuckle + Kimchi with Whelk Salad ππ The perfect combination of tender pork knuckle and refreshing kimchi whelk salad Tofu + Kimchi Stir-fried Pork π₯π₯ Soft tofu paired with aromatic kimchi and savory stir-fried pork Sour Cabbage with Pork Belly π₯¬π· Crispy sour cabbage complementing the rich pork belly Though I'm not usually a kimchi enthusiast, the stir-fried kimchi here was exceptionally fragrant - I kept going back for more! π The pork belly dipped in soybean paste, accompanied by that crispy sour cabbage, was simply irresistible. π₯’ The restaurant's cozy atmosphere and authentic flavors make it a standout spot.
