Olympic National Park / Eat Eat Eat / First Stop: Seafood 🦪 Homemade Compound Oyster: I tried two flavors of grilled oysters. The Chipotle Bourbon had a tangy and spicy kick with a subtle alcohol aftertaste. The Garlic Parm Butter was more traditional, topped with a layer of solidified cheese. 🦀 Crab Melt: The sandwich was topped with shredded crab meat and cheese, baked to a perfect golden crisp. 🍲 Clam Chowder: It was pretty standard, but the taste was decent. The bread served with it was freshly baked, crispy, and aromatic. 🐚 Mussels & Clams: The mussels and clams were super fresh, and the broth had a rich wine aroma. It came with lemon and cooked cherry tomatoes for a slight tangy flavor, making it quite refreshing. The restaurant’s ambiance was nice, and the servers were all very cool!
