Shinn WEST :omakase in NY
It's been challenging, but I recently discovered Shinn West π¦ where the quality of the ingredients is high and the portions are generous π―. 13 courses for $69, (conscientious and considerate). The sea urchin and sweet shrimp (Botan Uni) on are particularly outstanding π. The sweet shrimp are large and fresh, and the sea urchin is full of a sweet, rich flavor π₯₯. It's some of the best sea urchin I've had recently. The tuna belly (chu toro) π also left a deep impression. It's not too fishy, with just the right amount of fattiness β .
