Shoseien Garden ๐ฟ๐ก
Shoseien Garden is located within the territory of Tลhล-ji Temple and is also known as "Kikukai" due to the abundance of trifoliate orange trees surrounding the area. ๐ฟ๐ก To facilitate the seclusion of the 13th head priest of Tลhล-ji, Senju, a part of this land was used to construct Shoseien Garden in the year2 (1653). ๐ ๐ณ ๐ฟ๐ก Shoseien Garden can be considered one of the paradigms of classical Japanese gardens. Its architecture, water features, and floral and greenery arrangements are all well-designed. ๐ฟ๐ก However, perhaps due to fewer visitors, the garden seems a bit neglected. ๐๐ธ Currently, there are not many summer blooms, ๐ฟ๐ก but when spring arrives with its blossoms in full glory and autumn covers the ground with maple leaves, it must be a spectacular sight. ๐บ๐ ๐ฟ๐ก #ShoseienGarden ๐ฟ #JapaneseClassicalGarden ๐ก #TouhoujiTemple ๐ธ #SeasonalBeauty ๐
