I’ve been completely won over by Sichuan Impression these past few days! Last night, I saw their 11th-anniversary deal — 5 dishes for just $78 🎉 Didn’t think twice and headed straight to their City of Industry location! 🍽 Everything we ordered was a hit: 🔥 Crispy Fragrant Bone – An old favorite! Crispy outside, tender inside, ridiculously flavorful 👌 A kid-friendly, non-spicy version is available too! 🐮 Scallion Angus Ribeye – A low-key star! The moment it hit the table, the aroma of scallions and beef had us hooked 🤤 🌱 Dry-Fried String Beans – Fresh and crispy, ordered mild for the kids 🍜 Sichuan Impression Cold Noodles + Homestyle Fried Rice – Perfect kid-friendly combos 🔸 We also added two signature dishes since we were a big group! 🦆 Spiced Braised Duck – Chewy skin, dipped in chili powder… couldn’t stop eating! 🍖 Flame-Grilled Pork Jowl – Served with a fiery tableside show 🔥 So delicious we cleaned the plate in minutes! 🍧 Purple Rice Taro Mochi Bowl + Drinks – This dessert was amazinggg Even though I was full, I couldn’t resist having two extra bowls 😋 So creamy, chewy, and just the right sweetness! Drinks were pretty and tasty too! 🎉 They’re running their 11th-anniversary special: 📅 Nov 1 – Nov 11 (11 days only!) I’m totally going back a few more times — it’s close by, and the value is unreal!
