📍 Siena’s Delicious Michelin Restaurant

💗When visiting Siena, I decided to try a seven-course meal and chose Ristorante Campo Cedro. ✨The restaurant is located on a quiet sloping street, with a modest yet elegant facade. Upon entering, the warm lighting and refined ambiance immediately make you feel relaxed. 🍽️ The appetizer was stunning—a perfect balance of acidity and richness, with crispy homemade chips paired with soft red wine jelly, creating a rich and harmonious texture. 🍚 The main courses were full of Tuscan character: scallop risotto was rich and flavorful, with each grain of rice soaked in broth; handmade pasta was served with crispy fried meat, blending tradition and creativity. 🍖 The main dishes were the highlight: salted cod was tender and delicate, without any fishy taste; slow-cooked pork in sauce melted in the mouth yet remained satisfyingly chewy. 🍸Most impressive was the shrimp—processed to eliminate any rubbery texture, leaving only a tender, cloud-like delicacy! #Siena #TravelItaly #MichelinRestaurant
