SilverLake🍜 Dining Experience
Today, I came with a friend to the SilverLake ramen shop located at the entrance of the food court in the UTC shopping center. The restaurant is easy to find 😊. We each ordered a Combos 20.5 set—great value for money, including one bowl of ramen and one side dish. It’s a good choice for anyone wanting to try different flavors in one meal 👍. I chose the Shoyu on Fire ramen. To be honest, its taste is different from traditional Japanese ramen. The broth has a creamy, smooth texture and is very rich 🍜. I really enjoyed this flavor—though not exactly "authentic," its unique style left a deep impression 😋. My friend tried it too and found it interesting. It seems this bowl of ramen has its own personality! For the side dishes, we ordered fried chicken and fried gyoza. These were relatively ordinary and not as surprising as the ramen 😅. The fried chicken had a crispy coating, but the meat was a bit dry. The gyoza had a classic Japanese-style filling and tasted fine, but overall, they weren’t particularly outstanding. If I come back next time, I might just focus on enjoying the ramen~ 🥟🍗 The restaurant’s environment was clean and bright, and its location in the shopping center is very convenient. After the meal, we did some shopping—a perfect combination of dining and leisure 🛍️. Overall, SilverLake’s Shoyu on Fire ramen left me with a very good impression. The broth was fragrant and rich, the noodles were smooth, and it’s a flavor I’d want to come back for ❤️. If you also enjoy trying different styles of ramen, why not give it a try! 🏠: 4545 La Jolla Village Dr, San Diego, CA #SilverLakeRamen #UTCFood #RamenReview #FoodDiary #SanDiegoEats #CreamyBroth #JapaneseFusion
