Smart Room? Yes, Please!
My boyfriend and I were planning to dine at a restaurant in Boston's Seaport District and needed a nearby hotel. During my search, I found many overpriced options until I discovered this gemโand let me tell you, photos simply can't capture its true beauty and inspiration! ๐คฉ This hotel is like a smart room straight out of the future! ๐ The living area, overall ambiance, and every detail are absolutely top-notch! ๐ I loved the games, books, and artwork in the living room (these are my favorite things in life! ๐๐จ). I couldn't believe how upscale and luxurious it feltโevery corner amazed me with its modern and artistic touch. The customer service was equally exceptional. ๐ I also appreciated the option to pay a small fee to extend checkout from 11 AM to 2 PM. โฐ This allowed us to enjoy the stunning city view from the 7th floor. Oh, the night view was breathtaking ๐, and the sunrise was absolutely magnificent! ๐ Our smart room was both beautiful and perfect. ๐ซ However, the delayed checkout is the only reason this hotel didn't get a five-star rating from us. ๐ During our late checkout, a housekeeper opened our door without knocking at 11:35 AMโluckily, we had locked it, or she would have walked right in. ๐ช๐ณ This felt like a serious safety concern to me, and I was very uncomfortable with it. She didn't even apologize and simply nodded when my boyfriend told her we were checking out later. ๐ Other than this, the experience was nearly perfect, and we would return, but this issue must be addressed immediately as it's absolutely unacceptable. โ ๏ธ #SmartHotel #BostonSeaport #UpscaleExperience #LateCheckout #CustomerService #SafetyFirst #ModernArt #TravelRecommendation #HotelReview #FuturisticVibes #RoomWithAView #HotelProblems
