🍅 Smoked Eel Salad The smoked eel might seem ordinary, but the chilled tomatoes underneath are sweet and refreshing, so delicious it makes you want to scream! 🍞 Tomato Pan The bread is crispy on the outside and soft inside, with a mild tomato flavor blended with garlic, a dash of olive oil is magical, simple and delicious, I’m ready to DIY this at home. 🐟 Ceviche A bit more acidic than the usual seasoning, you can add chili oil to taste. 🦞 Grilled Seafood Platter (Gambetes & Zamburiñas & Navalles planxa) The seafood is cooked to its natural flavors; it was delicious at the time, but compared to what I had later in Málaga, it was less impressive. Be sure to skim off the salt crystals or it’ll be too salty to handle. 🍽️ Trio “montaditos” Tapas platter - the tuna is a bit salty, the cod is very light, and my favorite is the shrimp paste one, with an explosive umami flavor followed by a sweet, glutinous sensation.
