Spanish Cuisine in London at Lobos🍽️
Met up with friends at the Spanish restaurant Lobos near London Bridge. The food was delicious, the atmosphere in the restaurant was fantastic, and the service was great. 🐷 Iberico Pork Collection The grilled pork comes in different levels of doneness, tender and juicy, very tasty. The roasted potatoes/mashed potatoes/roasted red peppers add layers to this dish. A must-order! 🐙 Grilled Octopus Leg A classic dish, this is all about the perfectly cooked octopus + special sauce! Traditional Spanish sauce + garlic aioli + grilled lemon sauce, delicious❗️ 🐷 Grilled Chorizo & Morcilla A Spanish classic appetizer, the grilled Chorizo is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, with a burst of smoky meat juices. The Morcilla is crispy on the surface and soft and smooth inside, with a rich flavor instead of being gamey. 🫓 Tortilla 🥔🥚 A very homely dish, with a golden appearance, slightly crispy on the outside, soft and juicy on the inside, rich in flavor and dense in texture. It has a rustic taste that I really like. 🦑 Black Rice Paella Spanish seafood paella, with rice grains soaked in squid ink and fish broth, rich and fresh. The subtle saltiness and unique “inky” ocean flavor, with a touch of lemon juice, brings out a refreshing acidity, making the taste buds dance! Desserts: Double Chocolate & Pistachio Cake Covered in pistachios + rich chocolate + the moist and dense cake, it’s impossible not to be delicious. Any dessert with pistachios gets extra points from me. Dulce De Leche Cheesecake Loaded with caramel milk sauce, rich and sweet, impossible to resist! Average cost: £35 - You can spend as much or as little as you like. #100RestaurantsChallenge #LondonFood #LondonSpanishCuisine #LondonLobos #LondonSpanishTapas #LondonTapas #LondonFoodRecommendations #WhatToEatInLondon #LondonTreasureRestaurant #LondonHiddenGems
