🍤 Spanish Vibes & Small Plates in Charlotte's South Park ✨

Just had the most delightful tapas experience and had to share! 🥳 📍 Barcelona Wine Bar (South Park location) Here’s what we tried: 🦐 Roasted Jalapeno Ceviche A whole cup packed with fish and shrimp! 🫶 The marinade was a perfect mix of lime and jalapeño — tangy, a little spicy, but not overwhelming. So refreshing, protein-packed, and feels guilt-free! A must-try. 🥪 Brisket Montaditos Our server's recommendation, and we see why! It was on almost every table. 😂 I joked that it's basically the Spanish version of a sloppy joe — tender brisket on crispy bread. So yummy! 🥗 Kale Caesar Salad with Grilled Shrimp Caesar salad is my go-to, and this one didn’t disappoint! The cheesy sauce was great, and the grilled shrimp were perfectly tender. Fair warning — the seasoning was a bit heavy, almost like Cajun spice, so it tasted a bit salty to me. Still solid! 🍷 Cocktail: Tinto De Verano Another server rec — she said it’s not too sweet, and she was right! So light and refreshing. You can find it under the "Spanish Classics" section. 👍 🥣 Lentil Soup Hearty, wholesome, and tasted like straight-from-the-farm goodness. You can tell it’s made from real, simple ingredients. Comfort in a bowl! Final Thoughts: 💭 We only ordered small plates and were totally stuffed and satisfied! 🙌 Highly recommend this spot for a chill yet vibrant vibe.
