Spark Kitchen and Bar - Live Music Nights & Surprising Bites!

We visited Spark Kitchen and Bar on a Friday night at 8:30 PM (yes, that's late for us old folks! 😆) to catch their live music performances (starting at 9 PM on Fridays/Saturdays). Turns out, their drink menu is way more exciting than their food menu! 🍹 What We Tried: 🍸 Daughter's Oolong Osmanthus Cocktail – Refreshing and floral! 🍺 Beers for Hubby & Me – Simple but hit the spot. Food Highlights (and Lowlights): 🌟 Wagyu Beef Patty Creamy Alfredo Pasta – Unexpectedly delicious! Rich, creamy, and flavorful. 😱 "Wagyu Beef Patty Creamy Alfredo Risotto" – Plot twist: It was just plain white rice with mushroom sauce (not alfredo or risotto!). Our bad for misreading the menu, but after the pasta, this was a letdown. 🍗 Salt & Pepper Fried Chicken Wings – Crispy perfection! 🍟 Fries – Solid side. 🌭 Taiwanese Sausage – Unique flavor (not traditional but tasty with drinks). ❌ Mixed Braised Platter ($18) – Not worth it! Just a few chicken feet, gizzards, duck tongues, and quail eggs. Spicy but skimpy. Live Music Vibes: 🎤 The singers were great, but the space is too small and loud—hard to enjoy the music without shouting over the noise. Still, we weren't the only ones who came just for the tunes! Maybe "dinner + concert" was too ambitious... 😅 📍 Spark Kitchen and Bar – Fun for drinks and some dishes, but temper your food expectations! #SparkKitchen #LiveMusic #SeattleNights #BarBites #CocktailLovers #TaiwaneseFlavors #DateNight
