Split One-Day Island Hopping Tour 🚤🏝️
If you don’t go island hopping, you’ll need to plan more days here—for example, going to Korčula Island takes 2 hours one way by boat, which basically takes a full day. Besides the classic islands, some islands can be reached by renting a boat—look for anchor symbols on Google Maps 🗺️. You can also book tours through GetYourGuide and Viator—the prices are similar. Businesses often use WhatsApp for communication 📩. If you’re in China, you can download the Business Version and listen to the verification code via voice message 👌. Must-Visit Islands: 1️⃣ Blue Cave (Modra Špilja) 💙 Cash-only entrance fee: €18 (low season) / €24 (high season). Located on Biševo Island—the boat tour includes Chinese audio guide 🎧. 2️⃣ Hvar Island 🌞 Spend at least 2+ hours here. Visit Tvrdava Fortica 🏰—a fortress with stunning views (round trip takes ~1 hour if you’re fit). Dine here! Portions are larger and more affordable. Recommended restaurant: Grande Luna 🍽️. Try Dalmatian smoked ham 🥩 and grilled seafood platter (shrimp, octopus, squid, and two daily-catch fish—usually sea bass and sea bream). The price is similar to one grilled fish in Split! 💧Tap water is free! 3️⃣ Komiža (on Vis Island) 🎬 A filming location for Mamma Mia! with strong Mediterranean vibes. Many tours don’t include this spot—mine did, but we didn’t end up going due to time spent at the Blue Cave 😢. 4️⃣ Blue Lagoon (Budikovac Island) 💦 The water is incredibly blue, but the seabed isn’t very clean. We stayed here for 1 hour swimming 🏊. ⚠️ Avoid: Pakleni Islands 🏝️ Only worth a 15-minute photo stop 📸—entering the beach requires a fee! We stayed for 1 hour but only took photos on the swing and swam briefly before returning to the boat. #Springdale #Utah #SpringdaleTravelGuide #TravelTips 🌍
