Spokane - City Center FallsπŸŒ±πŸ’¦

Spokane is a city in eastern Washington State. πŸŒˆπŸ’ It is the second-largest city in Washington, the central city of the inland Northwest, and the third-largest city in the northwest United States. πŸ”πŸ“š According to the 2010 U.S. Census, its population was 208,916, ranking it the 103rd largest city in the United States. Spokane, along with Spokane Valley and Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, forms a metropolitan area. (Excerpted from the web)πŸŒ‰πŸ† Spokane is a four-hour drive from Seattle and over seven hours from Yellowstone. πŸŒˆπŸ’ We chose this city as our first stop because there are only two relatively large cities along the way to Yellowstone, and larger cities have more hotels, making it easier to find comfortable accommodations and do some shopping. 🌈✊ The other city is Missoula (over four hours from Yellowstone and over seven hours from Seattle), so we decided to stay in Missoula on our way back.πŸ”πŸ“š Before going to Spokane, I hadn't done any research. Upon arrival, I found it to be a very beautiful city with many old yet stunning buildings. 🌸🧠 If there's time, there are also many beautiful churches to visit. What's most impressive is the large waterfall in the city center. The waterfall covers a vast area, with more than ten huge pedestrian bridges crisscrossing over different sections of it. πŸŒˆπŸ’ It's very enjoyable to walk across the long bridges while listening to the roar of the waterfall. πŸŒ±πŸ’¦ On the other side of the waterfall is a large central plaza with a spacious children's play area, perfect for enjoying the scenery and exercising with kids. Novel Little Experiences:πŸŒ‰πŸ† πŸŒ±πŸ’¦On one of the bridges, there were many wish-making plaques hanging on the railings. It seems that this is a common way for people around the world to express their wishes. 🌍✨ I encountered a small snake that was coiled in the middle of the path. It was already dark, so it was really hard to see it, and I almost stepped on it. 🐍😱 In the evening, a huge moon rose, peeking out from behind the pine trees. I took some photos that I really liked. πŸŒ™πŸŒ²πŸ“Έ #Cityscape #Waterfall #USA #WashingtonState #Spokane
