Spokane 4-Day 3-Night Foodie Adventure
We took a long weekend road trip to Eastern Washington for the golden wheat fields and stunning waterfalls—and of course, to eat our way through Spokane! Here’s where we stopped: Nudo Ramen House 🍜 Crispy Coconut Shrimp: Light, fresh appetizer drizzled with house-made sauce (like sweet mayo) and topped with coconut flakes 🥥🍤 Tonkotsu Ramen: Broth wasn’t super rich, but still flavorful. Noodles had great texture! Pineapple Curry Fried Rice with Eel: Generous piece of eel 🍍🍛, fragrant curry fried rice—solid dish! Tre Palline Gelato Napolitano 🍧 Sampled pear, mango, papaya, and lemon. Ended up choosing mango + lemon (bright and fruity!) + strawberry (a bit artificial). Fun deal: 1 scoop = $4, 2 = $8, but 3 = $10! Obviously went for three 😆. Vieux Carre NOLA Kitchen 🦞 Popular New Orleans-style spot! Went at 5 PM on a Saturday—no reso, only bar seats left. Steamed Mussels with chorizo: Rich, well-seasoned broth + perfect for dipping bread 🥖🔥 Jambalaya: Too salty, even with tasty sausage and chicken 🥵 Crawfish Boil: Broth was sparse, crawfish weren’t flavorful. Only highlight: sweet corn 🌽 Revival Tea Company Boba Bar 🧋 Unique concept—tea and oat milk bases. Tried: London Fog (Earl Grey base) Matcha Oat Milk Not super creamy, but not weird either. Boba had a slight firm center. Not too sweet—felt kinda healthy? 😂 Mrs. Honeypeeps Sweet Shop (in CDA) 🍰 Picked up huckleberry cheesecake and key lime pie. fruity but just… fine. Not memorable. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Texas Roadhouse 🥩 No explanation needed! Those warm rolls + peanuts 😍🤤 Ribeye was perfectly marbled and full of flavor—especially for the price! Only complaint: Why isn’t there one in Seattle?! 😭 #LifeInTheUS #RoadTrip #Spokane #FoodTour #WashingtonEats #SpokaneEats
