📍 Spring Bistro | A Cozy & Family-Friendly Spot in Bothell 🍁
This was my third time at Spring Bistro, and I’m happy to report they’ve quietly updated their menu — and the quality is now consistently great! Earlier, friends had mixed reviews on certain dishes, but this time, all four of us enjoyed every bite. Even the older folks in our group were happy — a true win! 👨👩👧👦💖 🚗 Parking: The building lot tends to fill up in the evening. Pro tip: Park across the street at Bothell Park and take a short stroll 🚶♀️🌳 💐 Ambiance & Service: Staff are neatly dressed, attentive with water refills, and quick to respond 💁♂️💧 The lighting is bright (a big plus for those of us who dislike dim settings), and the vibe is perfect for family gatherings. During our visit, many tables were filled with families — including grandparents and little ones. Plenty of high chairs available! 👶🪑 🍽 What We Ordered ($150 for 4 people): We left stuffed and with leftovers for the next day! 🍱✨ My Favorite: Salted Egg Yolk Crispy Chicken Wings Savory, crispy, and utterly addictive — a must-order! 🥚🍗 Mom’s Pick: Cheese Mapo Tofu A creative East-meets-West twist — the cheesiness balanced the spice perfectly (she didn’t find it spicy at all!) 🧀🌶️ Dad’s Top Choice: Braised Beef Short Rib So tender, it practically fell apart 🐂🍖 Also Enjoyed: Qing Jiang Vegetables, Cumin Beef Skillet, and the Lobster Pasta Special (which actually came with real lobster meat — not just shells! 🦞😆) 🎉 Perfect For: Family dinners, multi-generational gatherings, or a relaxed meal with friends. With Thanksgiving around the corner, this could be your go-to spot! 🦃🍂 🏷️ #SpringBistro #BothellEats #FamilyFriendly #SeattleEats #ChineseFusion #NewMenuAlert #ComfortFood #SeattleFoodie
