❤️ Core Checkpoint: Heritance Kandalama Hotel, Sigiriya Lion Rock, Yala Hilton/Safari, Galle. The entire itinerary's timing and arrangements prioritize the experiences at these four core locations. 🏨 Hotel check-in for the heritage series, includes an additional night at Heritance Kandalama and one night at Yala Hilton. Day1—🐿️ Upon landing, check into the Negombo Heritage Hotel , which is close to the airport, with a nice lobby and breakfast restaurant view, very convenient. Day2—🌲 After breakfast at the hotel, depart for Heritance Kandalama. Negombo Fish Market requires an early rise and is generally not worth visiting. St. Mary's Church is beautiful; you can stop for a 10-minute photo session while passing by. The Elephant Orphanage 🐘 is optional. Day3—🦁 Sleep in, have breakfast, and enjoy a resort stay until 3:30 PM, then depart for Sigiriya Lion Rock to watch the sunset 🌇. Those with energy can choose to watch the sunrise; the view for sunrise and sunset is in the bottom right corner of Figure 6, not recommended to go at other times. Day4—🌴 Depart for Kandy in the morning (Figure 7), visit the Royal Botanic Garden, Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic, Kandy Lake, and the lookout point in order, and check into Earl's Regent Hotel (Figure 8).
