It’s best to go with two or three friends if you want to order curry crab.🥤 ✨ Hours: 12:00 PM to 11:00 PM daily I’d been meaning to try this Sri Lankan curry crab that my friend had recommended for ages, and I finally got to eat it yesterday—it was absolutely delicious!!! The blue crab was super fresh, with plump, tender, and juicy meat.🥩🥩 Dipped in the curry sauce, it was so tasty that I wanted to lick my fingers clean.🍾 Sri Lankan curry doesn’t have as strong a flavor as Indian curry; it’s richer in milk, which suits Chinese tastes. 🍑🍑 It’s the kind of dish that leaves you craving more, with a lingering aftertaste. Pair it with a plate of Hainanese chicken rice, and mix the rice with the curry crab sauce—they’re a perfect match. 🥒 The 100-yuan curry crab comes with a serving of garlic bread.🍵🍵 This newly opened food hall in Motor City reminds me of the food courts I visited in Singapore when I was on a business trip there. The popular Singaporean food court culture seems to be catching on in Dubai too. When we went yesterday, the small food hall was almost packed.🍱🍱 1. Authentic Ceylon Cuisine: Authentic Sri Lankan food. This is where we bought the curry crab.🥭 2. Meatish🥫 Cuisine: Traditional Indian food, with barbecue options. We ordered grilled lamb chops from here. They were okay, but I think better grilled meat can be found at Middle Eastern restaurants—though it was definitely not bad.🍰 3. Shiok🥗 Cuisine: Specializes in Hainanese chicken rice. I don’t eat chicken, but their rice was delicious. Mixing it with the curry crab sauce yesterday was amazing. My friend highly recommends their Hainanese chicken rice.🍚🍚 4. High Joint🍞 Cuisine: Burgers. I wrote about this burger joint before; I think their burgers are really good. 5. Nampo by Shogun Korean🥒 Cuisine: Korean food🍛🍛. We didn’t order from here yesterday, so I’m not sure how it tastes. I’ll try it next time. 6. Maru Udon Cuisine: Japanese udon noodles.🍜🍜 7. Zen by Streetery Cuisine: Fusion dishes from various Asian countries.
