🌟 Staff Make All the Difference – Martin & Tim Are Heroes! 🏨

While this hotel could use some updates, it was generally clean and functional. It’s very much a family-focused property – which means lots of kids, no adult-only areas or pools, and a generally lively (and noisy) atmosphere. 🛌 Our Original Bay View Suite We booked a Bay View Suite with one bedroom, two double beds, a separate living area, and a small kitchen. Unfortunately, our first night was anything but peaceful: A loud party with speakers and microphones right on the bay shore in front of us Kids running up and down the stairs near our room So much noise we couldn’t even hear each other on the balcony 🦸 Martin to the Rescue! Martin at the front desk worked miracles. He spent over two hours helping us move to a smaller room on the first floor near the end of the hotel – right by the bay and beach, with the water just steps from our patio. Though we lost the kitchen and I ended up on a less-comfortable sofa bed, the trade-off was worth it for the peace and the view. 👏 Tim’s Helping Hand A special shout-out to Tim, who came to our room the first evening and assisted with the move. Both Martin and Tim turned a difficult stay into a positive one. 💫 The Power of Great Staff This experience proves: exceptional employees can transform a guest’s stay.
