🌟 Starlite’s Stunning Reopening – An Absolute Must-Visit! 🌟

We recently visited the newly transformed Starlite – a chic cocktail bar and restaurant that’s been totally reimagined – and it absolutely lived up to the hype! We didn’t make a reservation, thinking a Sunday evening would be relaxed… but we were wrong! The place was packed and buzzing with energy. Luckily, they still managed to seat us at a cozy table in the lounge area, and we couldn’t have been happier. 🛋️💫 In the lounge, you can only order from the small plates menu (and due to space, they bring them out one at a time) – but honestly, that worked perfectly for us. We each ordered a craft cocktail and shared the Wagyu & Yellowtail Tartare – a combination we’d never imagined, but one that totally won us over! 🥩🐟🍸 Our server was fantastic – friendly, attentive, and truly made our experience special. The lounge atmosphere was incredible: rock walls, a starry ceiling that gave off major galaxy vibes, and moody lighting that set just the right tone. They absolutely nailed the redesign! ✨🌌 While we were there, I snuck a peek into the main dining room – and it was just as impressive! Bright, airy, with round windows in the ceiling and hanging greenery everywhere. The vibe was fresh, elegant, and welcoming. 🌿🪟 We’ll definitely be back – next time with a reservation! – to explore more of their menu.
