Each piece of pork is tender, fatty but not greasy, with soft stewed kidney beans and dates. 🍆 Minced Pork & Eggplant Clay Pot The ultimate rice companion 🍚 Eggplant lovers, this one’s for you! 🥔 Clay Pot Mashed Potato Feels like a Chinese-style smash potatoes — creamy, buttery, topped with savory minced meat. I went in with modest expectations but left pleasantly surprised!
