Whether it was 7 years ago or now, York’s charm never fades! 🔮 The Shambles (Diagon Alley!) "The Shop That Must Not Be Named" – Harry Potter merch heaven! Bought a wand (£24.99, cheaper than Universal! 🎉). Food Review: Shambles Kitchen sandwich: Meh. Ye Olde Pie & Sausage Shoppe pork pie: Okay. The Potions Cauldron butterbeer: Actually good! 🍻 York Ghost Merchants 👻: *1hr+ queue* (skipped it – my BFF already gifted me 4 ghosts last time!). ⛪️ York Minster 5 mins from The Shambles – where Jay Chou got married! Ticket required, but the nearby "YORK" sign + grassy lawn are perfect for photos. ⛲️ Museum Gardens Classic British park vibes – but with a Monet-style picture frame! 🖼️ Step in and become part of the art. ☕ Betty’s Café Tea Room Queen-approved scones! 🥞 Too rushed for tea? Grab macarons from the shop instead. 🏰 City Walls Walked them on the way back to the station – history frozen in time. Nostalgia Hit: Took the same route, even revisited the same tea shop for the same scones. *7-years-ago me* never imagined I’d return.
