Payment: Cash or contactless (cash avoids rescheduling if you miss the bus!). 📍 Bus Stop: Leeds Bus Station (LS2 7HU), Stand 21 – Take 840/843 (runs hourly). 📍 Itinerary: 1️⃣ National Railway Museum (YO26 4XJ) 🚂 Free entry (book online!). 📍 10-min walk from York Station. ✨ Vintage trains + cool photo ops! 2️⃣ War Memorial (YO1 6FZ) 📸 Hidden gem: Climb the nearby city wall for the best Minster view! 3️⃣ York Minster (YO1 7HH) ⛪️ Must-visit inside! Stunning Gothic architecture. 🎫 Pro tip: Buy second-hand tickets (non-name-bound, valid for 1 year!). 4️⃣ The Shambles (YO1 7LZ) 🧙♂️ Real-life Diagon Alley! Buy butterbeer & York ghosts 👻. Try the gelato – so good! 5️⃣ York Dungeon (YO1 9RD) 👹 Spooky red building (just snapped pics outside!). 6️⃣ Clifford’s Tower (YO1 9SA) 🏰 One of UK’s last Norman castles! 🌤 Perfect for photos – relax & enjoy the view! 7️⃣ River Ouse 🦆 Feed ducks/swans, spot tour boats (but no idea where they start 😅). ⏰ Timing: 9 AM departure from Leeds → 5 PM return.
