Super delicious ricotta cheese tart‼️

Florence is truly filled with so many hidden gem bakeries! A paradise for bread lovers! When I travel, the meal I look forward to the most is the very first one of the day! Breakfast has to be good! 1️⃣ Ricotta Cheese Tart 🧀 : The absolute best of the bunch! Perfect texture! It literally melts in your mouth, smooth and delicate! The dairy flavor is rich and full, with a low level of sweetness that makes it not at all cloying! 2️⃣ Mushroom and Cured Meat Quiche : The eggs are tender, with a particularly fragrant mushroom flavor and plenty of savory cured meat! The bottom crust is very thin—basically all filling! The edges of the quiche are super crispy, with a rich buttery aroma! 3️⃣ Raisin Croissant 🥪 : The Italian version of a croissant isn’t as flaky as the French one; it has a softer texture. It’s full of buttery flavor, with lots of sweet raisins inside, giving it a chewy and delightful texture! Their Americano coffee is free to refill and it’s really delicious! The owner is a very warm and friendly older gentleman. Seeing that we were randomly picking bread/pastries, he patiently told us what ingredients were in each one every time we made a selection.
