The flavor is not to my liking, reminiscent of eating marinated raw meat at a barbecue restaurant. The sourdough bread is slightly over-toasted, resulting in a bitter taste. ā Shrimp Toast Shrimp toast with crispy golden-fried bread filled with plenty of shrimp, which is bouncy and tender. Served with chili sauce and lemon to cut the richness. However, the overall seasoning is a bit salty. ā Rigatoni alla Kimchi Vodka My favorite dish of the night. Pasta with a kimchi red sauce, topped with cheese, with a sweet flavor and a prominent tomato taste. Crispy fried bacon bits add texture, and the pasta is cooked to al dente perfection.
