📍 Super Scenic & Healing Hiking Trails in LA! Let’s Go~
One of the most addictive things to do in LA: hiking! 🥾 From urban mountain views to coastal cliffs and alpine lakes—every shot is wallpaper-worthy 📸 I’ve compiled 8 treasure trails I’ve personally explored, ranging from easy to advanced. Save this list and take your time to enjoy them! 1️⃣ Griffith Park Trail | Perfect for Beginners Enter from Fern Dell, hike 2.5 miles straight to the Griffith Observatory. You can see the Hollywood Sign along the way. Shady and not too sunny ☀️🌳, great for families. 📍 Best at dusk! Sunset + city lights = double the romance 💖 2️⃣ Cave of Munits | Instagram-Famous Cave A mysterious stone cave in the Santa Monica Mountains. 2.7 miles round trip, mostly flat with a short climb. The lighting is perfect for photos—feels like an adventure movie! 📷 📍 Wear grippy shoes! The rocks can be slippery. 3️⃣ Palos Verdes Loop Trail | Ocean & Cliff Views A coastal cliff trail overlooking Santa Monica Beach and the LA skyline. Unbelievably layered scenery! The Lighthouse Trail is the easiest—only 20 mins and super photogenic 🌊 4️⃣ Mount Rubidoux Park | Riverside Hidden Gem About 30 mins from Orange County. A 3.5-mile loop with a vintage cross and a mini castle at the top. Great views—perfect for morning runs or meditation 🧘♀️ 📍 Quiet and less crowded—a local secret! 5️⃣ Chino Hills State Park | Flower Paradise With all the rain this year, the wildflowers are going to explode! 🌼 Golden wild mustard in Jan-Feb, colorful blooms in March—like walking into a fairy tale. Trails for all levels. 6️⃣ Antelope Valley Poppy Reserve | Ultimate Orange Bloom Experience The spring California poppy super bloom is beyond words! Check bloom updates on their website (usually late Feb to mid-March). Go early—weekends get packed! 🔥 7️⃣ Runyon Canyon | Celebrity Sighting Route At the foot of the Hollywood Hills—lots of celebrities live around here. You might actually spot one! Three trails with varying difficulty. The highest point overlooks multi-million dollar homes 🌆 📍 Dog-friendly! Lots of furry friends socializing 🐶 8️⃣ Big Pine Lakes | Alpine Lake Hidden Gem About a 3-hour drive (on the way to Mammoth). A 15-mile trail for experienced hikers. You’ll pass snow-capped mountains, crystal lakes, and streams—feels like Switzerland 💙 📍 Bring plenty of water & food, wear professional hiking shoes, and go with a buddy. #Los Angeles #LATravel #WestCoastUSA #LADayTrips
